FOLLOWING a successful season on the pitch, Limavady Wolfhounds are looking to the future and will hold a community consultation event tonight, Tuesday February 12, to showcase exciting new proposals for a state of the art GAA pitch and training facilities at Pairc Na gCùnna.
The club have proposed for a new grass GAA pitch and 4G training area including flood lighting, team dugouts, ball catch nets, goal posts and fencing plus the provision of a community walking path and associated site works.
The proposed application site is located on lands adjacent to Limavady Wolfhounds GAC existing pitch and changing rooms at Scroggy Road, Limavady and immediately to the rear of Castle Park and Bells Hill.
The Wolfhound’s Pre-application Community Consultation will be held in St Mary High school, Irish Green Street, tonight (February 12) from 8pm to 9 pm.
This event has been organised to give information to interested parties on the above proposed planning application which the club intends to lodge in the near future.
