DERRY'S gaelic footballers will be seeking to make it four wins in a row when Wicklow visit this weekend.

The sides clash at Glen Maghera on Sunday, a rare county game for the progressive Watty Graham's club.

Wicklow will be no pushovers, having won two of their games, and they boast a similar defensive record to their opponents.

However, Oak Leaf boss Damien McErlean will be looking to make home advantage count as he attempts to guide the county out oif Division Four of the Allianz National Football League.

The county's hurlers, meanwhile, continued their impressive start to the year with a hard-earned win over Kildare in Newbridge at the weekend.

Cormac O'Doherty led the way for the winners with 11 points who travel to E ngland this weekend to play Warwickshire who have enjoyed a mixed campaign to date.

Nevertheless, anything other than a Derry win would be a major surprise.
