Foyle Hospice hosts Coffee Morning for Hospice Care Week

Foyle Hospice is delighted to host their upcoming Annual Coffee Morning which will be taking place on Saturday 12th October as part of Coffee Morning Month and to celebrate Hospice Care Week.

Hospice Care Week takes place this year from 7th-13th October and is an annual event that celebrates the different elements of hospice care which is offered to those in our community with cancer and life-limiting illnesses.

Everyone is welcome to come along to celebrate both of these annual events and enjoy a cuppa with freshly baked scones and a variety of delicious home baked goodies between 10am and 1pm at the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, BT48 8JE.

Community Fundraiser at Foyle Hospice, Ailbhe McDaid said: “Our Coffee Morning is a very important event in our Hospice calendar.

“It helps us to raise funds and awareness of the specialist palliative care services which Foyle Hospice provides for the local community.

“Our Coffee Morning is an opportunity for you, your family and friends to get together, have a lovely cuppa and support your local Hospice.

Foyle Hospice Coffee Morning is 10 am until 1 pm in the Day Therapy Centre. Everyone is welcome so feel free to come along, enjoy a sweet treat and support your local hospice!
